Premise:

Atomix Academy is a boarding school that holds a single class of 118 students associated with a chemical element on the periodic table and is affiliated with the local High School, Atomix High. Atomix Academy offers luxuries such as apartment-sized dormitories, steady income opportunity for students due to grades or volunteer work, paid meals/school activities, and limited supervision. It gives the students the unimaginable fantasy of living on their own as a high schooler without the interference of pesky parental units. In the beginning everything seems like a dream come true, but after the mysterious death of Radon, students begin questioning life at the Academy, the purpose of the institution, and most importantly-why everyone's enrolled there in the first place.

Xavier Knight, a Columbia University student majoring in English, can't seem to find his place in the world. Due to this, life outside his studies consists of a lot of bar hopping and late night make out sessions with the New York locals. After trashing a bar owned by his cousin's good friend he meets Kryshen Ramsay, an art student whose love for Japanese media lures him into a world of guilty pleasures and unwanted conflict. A mutual break-up with his high school girlfriend leads him to befriend Seth Dantes and Samson Harvey- two punk rock musicians who want nothing to do with each other yet have a natural affinity to the Knight boy. It's now Xavier's job to help the two find middle ground.

Her feelings for Tederich flourish into a budding romance which causes Raymonde to intervene in the two's relationship and test Xandra's morals to its limit.
